\nWe inform you that, according to the principles of lawfulness, limitation of purposes and minimization of data, according to art. 5 of the Regulation, upon your free consent, espressed by checking the specific box on the website www.proofy.co, your personal data will be stored for the time that is necessary for the pursuit of the purpose to provide the service offered by the online platform Proofy.<\/p>\n
Personal data may be disclosed to data processors and may be disclosed for the purposes indicated under item 1 to external partners, legal authorities, counterparties and their counsel, to arbitration boards and, in general, to all public and private entities for which disclosure is necessary for the proper fulfilment of the activities indicated under item 1.<\/p>\n
The provision of personal data is strictly necessary for the purposes of the activities indicated under item 1. Refusal of the User to provide personal data will result in the inability to carry out the activities indicated under item 1, and therefore in the impossibility to use the Platform.<\/p>\n

The party concerned may anytime revoke the consent to the personal data given to the Data Controller, while such revocation will not affect the data treatment performed by the Data Controller on the basis of the User\u2019s consent until the revocation. The personal collected by the Data Controller at the purposes stated above in item 1 will be conserved from the moment the User will activate his\/her subscription, until up to 18 (eighteen) months after the expiry of such subscription of from the date such personal data has been disclosed to the Controller for direct email marketing reasons. The Data Controller will not cancel the Users\u2019 personal data that must be kept for fiscal reasons.<\/p>\n
Users have the right to file a petition to a Supervising Authority in any moment, if they think the Data Controller is not acting in compliance to the Regulation.<\/p>\n
