Data will only be processed where necessary in order to provide the services of timestamping and data integrity for documents, available on the platform www.proofy.co.

The processing of your data will be performed with or without the aid of electronic or other automated tools, according to art. 32 of the Regulation and Attachment B of the Privacy Code, by formally appointed personnel and according to art. 29 and ss. of the Regulation.
We inform you that, according to the principles of lawfulness, limitation of purposes and minimization of data, according to art. 5 of the Regulation, upon your free consent, espressed by checking the specific box on the website www.proofy.co, your personal data will be stored for the time that is necessary for the pursuit of the purpose to provide the service offered by the online platform Proofy.

  1. Disclosure of data.

Personal data may be disclosed to data processors and may be disclosed for the purposes indicated under item 1 to external partners, legal authorities, counterparties and their counsel, to arbitration boards and, in general, to all public and private entities for which disclosure is necessary for the proper fulfilment of the activities indicated under item 1.

  1. Provision of data. Refusal to provide data.

The provision of personal data is strictly necessary for the purposes of the activities indicated under item 1. Refusal of the User to provide personal data will result in the inability to carry out the activities indicated under item 1, and therefore in the impossibility to use the Platform.

  1. Circulation of data. Profilation.

Your personal data will not be subject to circulation nor profilation.

  1. Transferring of data abroad.

Personal data may be transferred to other EU countries where necessary in order to carry out the activities under item 1, provided that such transfer will be managed according to articles 45 and 46 of the Regulation.

  1. Rights of the party concerned.

The Regulation grants specific rights to the party concerned. In particular, the party concerned may:

    1. (a) obtain confirmation of the existence or not of his or her own personal data (art. 15 of the Regulation);
    2. (b) obtain rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him or her (art. 16 of the Regulation);
    3. (c) obtain the erasure of any personal data concerning him or her, according to the data subject’s right to be forgotten (art. 17 of the Regulation);
    4. (d) obtain the restriction of processing from the controller (art. 18 of the Regulation);
    5. (e) obtain personal data concerning him or her in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format (art. 20 of the Regulation);
    6. (f) object the processing of personal data concerning him or her (art. 21 of the Regulation).

The party concerned may anytime revoke the consent to the personal data given to the Data Controller, while such revocation will not affect the data treatment performed by the Data Controller on the basis of the User’s consent until the revocation. You can exercise your rights anytime by writing to info@proofy.co.

  1. Duration of the data processing

The personal collected by the Data Controller at the purposes stated above in item 1 will be conserved from the moment the User will activate his/her subscription, until up to 18 (eighteen) months after the expiry of such subscription of from the date such personal data has been disclosed to the Controller for direct email marketing reasons. The Data Controller will not cancel the Users’ personal data that must be kept for fiscal reasons.

  1. Right to file a petition to a Supervising Authority

Users have the right to file a petition to a Supervising Authority in any moment, if they think the Data Controller is not acting in compliance to the Regulation.
